I can't see anything wrong with your install, according to your FPA, except perhaps the PHP version. Update that to 8.3 as that's the recommended version (although 8.1 is the minimum). Perhaps changing the PHP version will resolve this.

Which template files are you trying to modify/save? e.g. layout overrides, child templates, user.css?
