When setting up a Feed Display module, one of the options is "RTL feed". The option defaults to off. What does RTL mean? I can't find anything that defines it in the Joomla documentation or from a general Internet search. I'm guessing it might mean "Right To Left" and the option has something to do with the display of the feed in non-English languages, but that's just a guess.
